Training

The locally based training is for IT technology students and whoever wants to learn to work, or whoever wants to be able to get trained and secure a job position ASAP after training and who will need hands-on training for their career. Such training includes how to conduct wireless 802.11 survey (AP-on-a-Stick, Passive, Active, and Hybrid) for designing and installing wireless Access points. And after the Survey is conducted, learn how to analyze the survey data and auto-generated report, in order to prepare the final Survey report. Other locally based training includes Software training on Introduction to Computer whose package includes the study of Operating System (MS Windows) and relevant Microsoft Application software such as Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Access for Database creation) and a brief introduction to Computer Hardware. For those who want to study IT hardware, we do offer brief introduction to Computer Disassembly and Assembly, and Computer Troubleshooting and Repairs.

For would-be learners who may not be able to meet physically to complete the required practical aspects of the training based on militating factors such as geographical location, job status or otherwise, all the training available for locally based participants is also available for the online based participants. However, without having a hands-on experience, it may be a little challenging for online participants when they will need to use their training at work. Nonetheless, the training can be successfully completed through recorded videos that will be made available to participants. Each student’s situation will be on a case-by-case basis. After class training, support will be offered to assist online trained participants. That is not to suggest that locally trained participants will not receive after-training support depending on the support needed and when needed.

Both the Software Training and Hardware training come as a package or module for participants who want to earn CompTIA A+ (A+) certification. For candidates who successfully complete the A+ training, they can work on their own to repair computers or work for an enterprise organization and ensure they pass the CompTIA A+ certification exam. The bottom line is that the training is very useful. For those who want to continue to be Network Engineers, they can move forward to learn CompTIA Network+ (N+). The A+ and the N+ certifications are officially recognized certifications for a certified IT Technician globally. These two certifications will prepare them for all other relevant higher certification training and exams (CCNA, CCNP, and CCIE). All these trainings are essential for Hacking courses which is the in-demand profession (White Hackers) today for all enterprise organizations including even Churches.
